Hour 1: SAT7 USA Gives Voice to Iran's Embattled Women - with Rex Rogers
On Tuesday’s Mornings with Eric and Brigitte, Rex Rogers, President of SAT-7 North America (USA) will join us to discuss their organization’s satellite broadcasts that are bringing encouragement and hope to the nation of Iran. The country has been rocked by the recent death of a young woman held by Iran’s morality police. Mahsa Amini, 22, allegedly was beaten to death for reportedly not properly wearing her hijab, a traditional headscarf. There will be a prayer vigil held on October 20 for these people and this nation, and more information can be found on the organization’s website.

Hour 2: Neuroscience and the Bible - with Marti Wibbels
In recent decades, neuroscience has made incredible discoveries about how our brains and bodies work, even helping us understand how to create new synapses in our brains. What we're learning in neuroscience confirms the Bible. Our brains have "neuroplasticity", the incredible ability to change. Instead of allowing our past or present circumstances to define us, we can allow God to restore us, when we walk habitually in newness of life (abandoning our old ways) per Romans 6:4b. On Tuesday's Mornings with Eric and Brigitte, licensed professional counselor, Marti Wibbels talks to us about knowing and applying the Word of God, training our brains to replace debilitating reactions.

Rex Rogers
Dr. Rex M. Rogers is an author, speaker, and President, SAT-7 North America (dba, SAT-7 USA), the American arm for SAT-7, a satellite television ministry broadcasting Christian programming on five channels in three languages, Arabic, Farsi, and Turkish, reaching across seven time zones into 24 countries in the Middle East and North Africa, as well as 50 countries in Europe. Dr. Rogers is currently writing Be One of God's Unlikely Leaders--Live With Focus, Get Things Done.This book will help people become leaders God empowers to change the world. Married in 1974, Dr. Rogers and his wife, Sarah, have four adult children and their spouses, nine grandsons and, finally, one granddaughter.
Marti Wibbels
Marti Wibbels, MS, LMHC, is a psychotherapist in private practice at Palm Beach Counseling and Life Coaching in South Florida. She is a Board Certified Professional Christian Counselor, member of the American Association of Christian Counselors, and of the South Florida Association of Christian Counselors. A Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, Marti's work integrates Scripture with proven counseling methods. She is author of the counseling workbook, Core Healing from Trauma and two novels, Secrets Behind the Door and Sound of Light. She and her husband, Alan were blessed with three daughters and with precious grandchildren and enjoy spending time with their family.
