Dr. Larry Peabody (DMin., Bakke Graduate University) writes from a unique perspective on the work world. After years of working, it finally hit him: no one had ever explained to him why getting up and going to work mattered to God. In his late twenties, Larry began searching Scripture for what God has revealed about the activity that occupies nearly 3.5 billion around the globe. In his most recent book, Larry explains what he has discovered over a lifetime about God’s answer to the “Why work?” question, GOD LOVES YOUR WORK: DISCOVER WHY HE SENDS YOU TO DO WHAT YOU DO, He and his wife, Sharon, reside in Lacey, Washington. They have three children and 10 grandchildren.

Tara Cole is a wife, mother, teacher, author, and podcaster. Her passion is to She is a teacher at Oklahoma State University Institute of Technology, and her passion is helping women and their families abide in Jesus to build a foundation of faith for their lives. Her books, Sacred Pathways for Kids co-authored with Christie Thomas, Abide: 40 Ways to Focus on Jesus Daily, and Everyday Prayers for the School Year, and podcast Over A Cup help women and their families connect with Jesus throughout their day. She has been married to her husband, Jeremy, since 2001, and they have three sons.
