Hour 1: Diversity of a Different Kind
If you hear the word "diversity" chances are you immediately think of race. But God's designed diversity goes well beyond race. On Wednesday's Mornings with Eric and Brigitte, conflict resolution specialist, Oletha Barnett joins us to share a new way of looking at diversity and how it leads to a new way of conflict resolution, which ultimately all works together to grow us spiritually and helps us find unity with other believers.
Hour 2: The Texas School Shooting: Understanding God in the Midst of Evil
On Wednesday's Mornings with Eric and Brigitte, Jim Denison CEO and Founder of the Denison Forum joins us to speak into current significant news headlines from the past 24 hours. An eighteen-year-old gunman killed at least nineteen children and two teachers at Ross Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas, yesterday afternoon. This is the deadliest school shooting since the Sandy Hook tragedy in 2012, where twenty-six people were killed. “The Lᴏʀᴅ is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit” (Psalm 34:18). Let us pray for God’s presence to comfort these grieving families in ways we cannot.

Oletha Barnett is a theologian, lawyer, and conflict resolution specialist who has directed the conflict resolution ministry at Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship in Dallas, TX for decades. She was commissioned by the Elder Board for conflict resolution work. She is also an adjunct professor at Southern Bible Institute & College, and founder of Conciliation Services LLC, which provides services to churches, other organizations, and individuals. She holds a BS in Mathematics, Juris Doctor, and Master of Arts in Christian Education from Dallas Theological Seminary.
