Dr. Jim Coakley, Professor of Bible at MBI joins Mornings with Eric and Brigitte on Wednesday to show us yet another way to freshen up our bible study with "Early On" information. Looking closely at the content situated at the beginning of a Bible book (early on information) serves as a sort of “table of contents” for what will be unpacked in further detail later on in the book. This "early on" content prepares readers for later content, identifies key themes, and tracks what the Biblical authors (human and Divine) are making most prominent.
On Wednesday's Mornings with Eric and Brigitte, Founder of the Recovery Church Movement, Phil Dvorak joins us to share the mission and the vision of a Recovery Church. The Recovery Church Movement (RCM) is a network of Recovery Churches reaching and training those in early recovery to grow in their faith and recovery. RCM trains, coaches, and helps people learn to become disciple-makers within the recovery communityd, and RCM is a bridge between the 12-Step Fellowships and the Church.
