Dr. Michael Rydelnik is professor of Jewish Studies at Moody Bible Institute and the Bible teacher on Moody Radio's Open Line, answering listener Bible questions on over 200 stations nationwide across Moody Radio. The son of Holocaust survivors, he was raised in an observant Jewish home in Brooklyn, N.Y., and became a follower of Jesus the Messiah during his high school years. He is the author of several books, co-editor of The Moody Bible Commentary and contributor to many Bible teaching programs.
Hailing from Yonkers (NY) Efrain “Fish” Figueroa has been married to his wife Sharon for eighteen years. He is humbled every day at the blessings in his life, including his eight kids! He is hopeful to live a life of gratitude by serving and caring for people. He has been following God’s call in his life since 1998. Before graduating from the Moody Bible Institute (’00-’04), he worked for seven years in Corporate America as a Computer Operator, Telecommunications Services Technician, and more. Since earning his B.A. in Adolescent Studies and Theology, he’s invested sixteen years caring for troubled young men / women and their families as a Behavior Specialist, providing training to those families and as the Residential Program Director for Sheridan House Family Ministries, and in 2016 he followed God’s call and Ordination into Pastoral Ministry at Crossway Church in Davie Florida.
