Hour 1: COVID Vaccine Roll-Out Update

The state of Florida is now administering COVID-19 vaccines from Pfizer and Moderna to adults 65 and older, health care workers and long-term care residents and staff. Although the vaccines have been shipped to all of the state's 67 health departments, seniors have had difficulty obtaining a vaccine due to high demand for a limited number of doses. Tuesday on Mornings with Eric and Brigitte, Dr. Laura Rhodes, Assistant Professor of Pharmacy Practice at PBAU will answer questions about the process involved with the COVID vaccine roll-out and where and how it will be more accessible in the near future.
