Friday on Mornings with Eric and Brigitte, Dr. Andrew Fabich,a professor of microbiology at Truett McConnell University, will share some important details about this specific coronavirus that has hit the world by storm when the Chinese people began reporting a mysterious virus causing pneumonia-like symptoms infecting many of its citizens.  But to understand what is currently happening with COVID-19, we should compare it to what we know about another virus transmitted the same way: the flu.  Don't miss this important conversation!

Dr. Andrew J. Fabich grew up in a suburb of Cleveland, OH before moving to Columbus, OH to finish high school and attend Ohio State. After finishing his undergraduate degree, he married his high school sweetheart and began graduate school. In the fall of 2016, Dr. Fabich joined the faculty as a professor of microbiology at Truett McConnell University, a Creation College in Cleveland, Georgia.  He and his wife have four children.
