Tuesday on Mornings with Eric and Brigitte don't miss their conversation with Leann Chong, Director of Missions & Travel for Food For the Poor who miraculously survived the Haiti earthquake ten years ago. Leann tells the unbelievable story of her rescue, giving praise and thanks to the God she serves and trusts, and she knows that ten years later, Jesus is still her constant companion!
As the new year begins, many of us are beginning new exercise programs and training for our physical bodies. However, now is a good time to think about including core training to boost our mental, emotional and spiritual vitality also. Tuesday, licensed mental health counselor, Marti Wibbels joins Mornings with Eric and Brigitte to share some ways we can support our journey to overall health, restoring core areas such as competence, safety, identity, purpose, and belonging.
Leann Chong was in the Hotel Montana with a mission group from Lynn University in Port-au-Prince, Haiti when the 2010 earthquake hit, and she spent almost seventeen agonizing hours buried beneath the rubble before a dramatic, miraculous rescue.
