As the new year begins, many of us are beginning new exercise programs and training for our physical bodies.  However, now is a good time to think about including core training to boost our mental, emotional and spiritual vitality also.  Tuesday, licensed mental health counselor, Marti Wibbels joins Mornings with Eric and Brigitte to share some ways we can support our journey to overall health, restoring core areas such as competence, safety, identity, purpose, and belonging.

Leann Chong was in the Hotel Montana with a mission group from Lynn University in Port-au-Prince, Haiti when the 2010 earthquake hit, and she spent almost seventeen agonizing hours buried beneath the rubble before a dramatic, miraculous rescue.

She has written for various genres, including newspapers, professional journals and magazines, as well as fiction and nonfiction books. Marti is the author of Core Healing from Sexual Abuse, Sound of Light, and Secrets Behind the DoorShe and her husband Alan live in South Florida and are the parents of three daughters and grandparents of ten.
