Ms. Martin earned an MBA from Florida Atlantic University, a BBA Accounting Magna Cum Laude from the University of Louisiana, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Karen Doyle Buckwalter, LCSW, is Director of Program Strategy at Chaddock, a multi-service agency providing a range of residential, educational, and community-based services for youth and their families. While at Chaddock, she has been instrumental in the development of an innovative residential program for adolescents, ages 8 – 16, with Reactive Attachment Disorder and Complex Trauma. Karen has more than 25 years of experience working with children, adolescents and families, the last 20 of which she has been at Chaddock
Debbie Reed is president and CEO of Chaddock. Currently engaged in doctoral studies, she has also played a leadership role in child and family-serving organizations at the state and national levels, including the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services' Child Welfare Advisory Committee and the CEO Council of the Alliance for Strong Families and Communities.
