After years of searching and speculation, researchers and archaeologists have announced the discovery of the Philistine city of Ziklag, which according to the Bible, is where David took refuge from King Saul prior to ascending the monarchy. Professor-at-large of Bible at Moody Bible Institute, Dr. Charlie Dyer, will join Mornings with Eric and Brigitte on Friday to talk about this exciting discovery!

Dr. Charlie Dyer is professor-at-large of Bible at Moody Bible Institute in Chicago, Ill. Dyer is an Old Testament scholar as well as an authority on Middle Eastern history and religion. As a licensed guide to Israel, he has traveled extensively throughout the Middle East over the last two decades. Dyer has authored and coedited many books and articles on the Middle East and the Old Testament.
