Are there any fool-proof ways to help an adolescent steer clear of self-destructive thoughts and feelings? Statistics indicate that a sense of parent-family connectedness is one of the most effective protections against suicidal behavior among young people. And while many parents don't realize it, adolescents require every bit as much of Mom and Dad's time and energy as toddlers. Join Eric and Audrey Mornings on Friday when special guest, Jeff Bercaw talks about seasons of life when we can feel broken and despair is a powerful force, but the Lord is faithful, and He can restore and repair many lives and relationships.
Right now, there are kids across our community who are struggling in the wake of the foster care crisis. By no fault of their own, many of them are walking this journey completely alone. Imagine what would happen if someone stepped into their story and gave them the chance to rewrite their future and form an unshakable identity? Friday on Eric and Audrey Mornings learn more from Kevin Enders, President of 4KIDS of South Florida about having an opportunity to transform a life at an event happening in South Florida on April 5.
