Biblical Resilience: God's Guidance When Life Hurts
Licensed mental health counselor Marti Wibbels joins Eric and Audrey mornings on Thursday to discuss how to build resilience in a time of crisis and how to face the “Enemies of Resilience.” Often these are emotional responses that hold us back from being successful and disrupt our ability to be resilient, either by distorting how we see our choices or by limiting our ability to bounce back and move forward.

Marti Wibbels, MS, LMHC, is a psychotherapist in private practice at Palm Beach Counseling and Life Coaching in South Florida. She is a Board Certified Professional Christian Counselor, member of the American Association of Christian Counselors, and of the South Florida Association of Christian Counselors. A Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, Marti's work integrates Scripture with proven counseling methods. She is author of the counseling workbook, Core Healing from Trauma and two novels, Secrets Behind the Door and Sound of Light. She and her husband, Alan were blessed with three daughters and with precious grandchildren and enjoy spending time with their family.
