For over 25 years, See You at the Pole has been about one simple act—prayer. SYATP is still about students uniting themselves in prayer before God, interceding for their generation. See You at the Pole day is on Wednesday, September 26, at 7:00 a.m. local time. All around the globe, in every time zone, students will be gathering at their flagpoles, praying for their school, friends, families, churches, and communities. Eric and Audrey Mornings will hear a report from Chris Lane, Executive Director of First Priority on how this year's See You at the Pole is impacting the South Florida area for Jesus Christ.
Have you ever felt invisible, alone, left out, not good enough, confused? Your feelings aren't a bad thing. They are a gift from God to make space in your heart for more of Him. Don't miss Eric and Audrey Mornings on Wednesday as they speak with two special guests, Jen and Linda Barrick about their new 30-day devotional in the Psalms, Priceless Who I Am When I Feel . . .
Chris Lane is the Founder and President of First Priority of South Florida. For the last 23 years, First Priority has been connecting the Church to reach the Campus for Christ. There are currently 228 First Priority Clubs at South Florida elementary, middle, and high Schools. In the 2021 - 2022 school year, over 3,000 students made a decision for Christ at a First Priority meeting. Chris is a graduate of Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama where he was a two-sport letterman. He has been married to his wife Wendy for 29 years and they have four sons: Josh, Jake, Jonathan, and Josiah.
Jen Barrick is an inspirational speaker who travels all over the country, with her mother Linda, sharing their miraculous story of faith, hope, and forgiveness. She suffered a traumatic brain injury over a decade ago when her family's van was struck head-on by a drunk driver going 80 miles per hour. Even though Jen still suffers from vision impairment and memory loss, she knows there is no limit to what God can accomplish through her life. She recently completed a diploma from the Institute of Biblical Studies at Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA. Connect with Jen and Linda at hopeoutloud.com.
