The World Cup Soccer Tournament began last Thursday, June 14 and is being held in Russia for the first time in its 90-year history. Evangelical Protestant Russians have an opportunity during this month-long event to invite their neighbors to watch the tournament live on big screens in 250 Bible-believing churches where they will share Christ with people who might not otherwise attend church. On Monday on Eric and Audrey Mornings Walter (Wally) Kulakoff, Vice President of Ministries and Church Relations for the U.S. based ministry, Mission Eurasia will share how this organization will be distributing 600,000 bibles to these churches. The goal? To reach 3 million Russians for Christ.
