Hour 1: The Jewish New Year

Founding Director of The Kesher Project, Justin Kron, will talk with Dawn and Steve about the Jewish New Year and why it matters to Christians.

Justin frequently teaches on topics related to the Jewish foundations of the Christian faith, the history of Christian antisemitism, the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, and demonstrating the love of God to the Jewish community. Since 2009, Justin has been coordinating the Kesher Forum, an inter-denominational gathering for those who are interested in learning more about Jewish culture and building bridges with their Jewish friends and neighbors, and he has led over 20 tours to the Holy Land.

In May 2021, in partnership with the Philos Project, he released an award-winning documentary film that he co-created and produced with Todd Morehead called HOPE IN THE HOLY LAND: Delving Beneath the Surface of the Israeli-Palestinian Conflict.

Justin did his graduate studies at the Moody Theological Seminary. He is an adjunct professor for the Jewish Studies department at the Moody Bible Institute in Chicago. He is married to Judy and they have three children and enjoy living with their dog, Ivy, in the suburbs of Chicago.

Hour 2: The Sacred Us

Author Justin Kendrick provides insight as to why it is so important to have connections within the church based on his book The Sacred Us: A Call To Radical Christian Community

Justin Kendrick is the co-founder and lead pastor of Vox Church in New Haven, Connecticut. Launched in 2011 with a mission to see New England transformed from the least-churched region in the U.S. to the most spiritually vibrant place on earth, the church was initially planted near Yale University and now has nine campuses throughout the Northeast. Kendrick, a husband, and father of four children, is also the author of “Bury Your Ordinary: Practical Habits of a Heart Fully Alive,” published last year by David C Cook.

Hour 3: Replacement Theology

Theologian Malcolm Hedding has a conversation with Dawn and Steve about Replacement Theology and why it is important that we understand the deceptiveness of this theological concept.

Malcolm Hedding is an Ordained Assemblies of God minister and church planter, starting many churches throughout South Africa from 1975 – 2000. Currently, Malcolm serves as one of the Associate Ministers of World Outreach Church. He is considered a leading theologian in the Christian Zionist world today. His long years of involvement in this sphere, beginning in 1976, have earned him much respect and the esteem of his peers within the Jewish and Christian world.

He is an acclaimed International speaker on Israel and the Church in these crucial and challenging times. He has published several books on Prayer, the Book of Revelation, Understanding Israel, and a foundational series on Biblical Christian Zionism that has been translated into German, Finnish, Nepalese, and Mandarin.

Malcolm holds a Bachelor's in Theology degree and two Diplomas in Theology. He is married to his high school sweetheart Cheryl. They have three children all of which are serving the Lord and involved in Christian ministry.
