Hour 1: The Loudest Roar

Prayer is meant to align us with God's will. Listen as Dawn shares a devotional from Blackaby Ministries International based on Acts 2:1.

In addition, Judy Dunagan will give us some tools to stand firm in the faith based on her book The Loudest Roar. Judy reminds us that the enemy's roar is but a whisper in the presence of our mighty God!

Judy Dunagan is an acquisitions editor for the women's Bible studies and books at Moody Publishers. A wonder seeker of God and His Word, Judy is passionate about discipleship and making God's Word and prayer come alive in everyday life. Dr. Mark Turman of the Denison Forum has a conversation with Dawn about preventing suicide and helping survivors.

Dr. Mark Turman is the Executive Director of Denison Forum. Among his many duties at Denison Forum, he is most notably the cohost of The Denison Forum Podcast with Jim Denison, Ph.D. He is also the chief author of A Pastor’s View, the biweekly church leadership email newsletter from Denison Forum. Mark recently completed his DMin from Truett Seminary. He was raised in Tyler, Texas in a large Roman Catholic family. At seventeen, he made a personal commitment to Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord and later committed to vocational ministry during his freshman year in college at Howard Payne University in Brownwood, Texas.  He completed his undergraduate program there before completing a Master of Theology degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Ft. Worth, Texas. He married his high school sweetheart, Judi, and they have two children and one grandchild.

Hour 3: The Bible, Dimensions, and the Spiritual Realm

Are heaven, angels, and God closer than we think? Are you ready to step into the next dimension? Listen as Dr. Jeff Rhoades gives us insight into The Bible, Dimensions, and the Spiritual Realm.

Dr. Jeff Roades began studying at Calvary University in 1988 and began pastoring in 1992 while finishing his coursework. He received a Bachelor of Science in Bible & Church Ministry in 1994. After pastoring for twelve years, he and his wife Paula were called to serve as missionaries in Central America. They worked in El Salvador for ten years before returning to ministry in the United States in 2013. Jeff has pastored in the Midwest since that time, and Paula works as a Christian therapist. Jeff received a Master of Arts in Theology from Louisiana Baptist Theological Seminary in 2005 and a Ph.D. in Biblical Studies from Louisiana Baptist University in 2020. Jeff and Paula have two children who are both married, and they have three wonderful grandchildren.
