But go, tell His disciples-and Peter-that He is going before you into Galilee; there you will see Him, as He said to you. Mark16:7
The loss of a child is one of the most heart-wrenching experiences for a parent. Candy McVicar is a guest on Dawn and Steve Mornings to graciously share her story. Candy has co-authored the book Holding on to Love After You've Lost a Baby: The 5 Love Languages for Grieving Parents.
Candy McVicar is an author, educator, speaker, and devoted advocate for parents who experience the loss of a baby or child. After the stillbirth of her daughter Grace in 2001, she committed to enhancing the care bereaved families receive while in the hospital, facilitating healing holistically, and optimizing outcomes for subsequent pregnancies. Candy is the founder of the Missing GRACE Foundation, a national nonprofit that provides support, resources, and education for families and professional care providers when there is a loss of a baby, infertility, or adoption challenges.
