As a founding partner of Pure Flix Entertainment and with many credits to his name, David’s career hit new heights in 2014 with the release of the Pure Flix film God’s Not Dead, in which he also starred. He has performed in nearly 20 feature-length films, including God’s Not Dead, God’s Not Dead 2, God’s Not Dead: A Light in Darkness, Jerusalem Countdown, Me Again, Brother White, Revelation Road 1 & 2, 3, and many others. David’s first book, Between Heaven and Hollywood: Chasing Your God-Given Dreams gives audiences a more complete, wide-reaching picture of how God has worked through his life in his pursuit of filmmaking and acting. He is the father of three kids and currently lives outside of Los Angeles.
A recent survey revealed that 51 percent of American adults believe that they have a biblical worldview. Dr. George Barna joins Dawn and Steve Mornings to talk about what is truly a "biblical worldview" and what is not. Dr. Barna is a professor at Arizona Christian University and leads the Cultural Research Center based at the university. His focus is worldview assessment and development, as well as cultural evaluation and transformation. He is also a speaker and author. Dr. Barna and his wife, Nancy, have three daughters and three granddaughters.
