"Baby, it's COLD outside!" While most of Central Indiana hunkers down against the cold weather, Steve Kerr of Wheeler Mission continue to open doors to homeless families. It's not comfortable space, but guests are safe. Donations are needed to dry, feed, and warm Wheeler occupants. Thanks to the volunteers, hundreds of people are recieving ministry. Please pray for the 11 locations, 175 staff, as they continue their 125 years of service!
Who's got a sweet tooth? Head on over to Kokomo's 17th Annual Chocolate Celebration. Our very own Ray Hashley will be judging the best candies, fudge, cookies and cocoa. Jamey Henderson, Samaritan Caregiver's Executive Director, says this fundraiser brings over $18,000 in for the residents in their program.

Steve Kerr is the Cheif Development Officer for Wheeler Mission Ministry in Central Indiana. Responsible for all the fundraising efforts, Steve's heart is heavy for those battling hunger and cold, and also for Wheeler staff. Wheeler employs more than 65 full-time staff members and more than 55 part-time staff members. In addition, many temporary staff members join our work during the busy winter season. All employees are evangelical Christians, attend area churches, adhere to an ethical code of conduct, and sign a statement of faith.
Jamey has served as the Executive Director since 2001 and is a Licensed Social Worker in the State of Indiana. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and brings 30 years of experience in human services to Samaritan Caregivers. She LOVES chocolate!
Rydelnik is professor of Jewish Studies at Moody Bible Institute and the Bible teacher on Moody Radio’s Open Line, answering listener Bible questions on over 200 stations nationwide. The son of Holocaust survivors, Michael was raised in an observant Jewish home in Brooklyn, N.Y. As a high school student, Michael became a follower of Jesus the Messiah and began teaching the Bible almost immediately.
