Jennifer Kimble is the Director of Mentor Development at YMI. With a Biblical Counseling degree from Crossroads Bible College in Indianapolis, Jennifer is the perfect person to train adults to cultivate personal relationships within the Hamilton Southeastern School system. Over the past twenty years she has worked as a youth leader in her church, done child care staff in a group home, and locally served as a Troop Coordinator for American Heritage Girls. Kimble worked on several research projects mandated by Congress to better improve the Indiana Child Welfare System.
