Jeff and wife Rebekah have adopted two children with "reactive attachment disorder." Jeff's honesty and contentment in the daily victories inspire us to come along-side families who have, those who are adopting, and those in the waiting...
Dave and Jess had 12 years of life together before adopting a son. And after going through multiple birth mothers, God brought their daughter in His timing. God can use the ashes of infertility to bring us the beautiful understanding of unconditional love.
Jeff, a Carmel Dad, working in Technology Sales, and Rebekah, a Noblesville Mom and 8th Grade English Teacher, are still considered newlyweds! Just recently married, the couple blended two families, and both had already experienced adoption through the foster system! A modern day Brady Bunch, they have four biolgical chidren, two adopted, and one daughter-in-law to be! The Andersons attend Northview Church, and are called to minister to families beginning the adoption process.
Dave and Jess are no strangers to children. Since their marriage in 1996, Dave and Jessica's passion for ministry has driven them to reach out to students wherever they are. As Youth Pastors at Faith Church Assembly of God in Anderson, the Aarons are never lacking for adventure. From school cafeterias to skate parks, musical concerts to missions trips, their love for God is like a magnet drawing students to Jesus Christ. Dave and Jess adopted two children after 15 years of prayers and patiently learning the will of God.
Jess now leads Empowered to Connect, a yearly conference to equip families, professionals, and ministry leaders to better serve children impacted by trauma, adoption, or foster care.
