Today, on Karl and Crew Mornings, we continued week two of our theme, "Overcoming", based on the story of Joseph. We discussed why, and how, we should overcome bitterness. How should we respond when we've been wronged? How did Joseph respond? The scripture references were Genesis 50:20 and Hebrews 12:15. We all experience bitterness, but don't let it take root. Our guest was psychologist, author, and speaker Dr. David Clarke. He focuses on marriages in crisis and abuse. Dr. Clarke's latest book is called, "20 Lies That Keep You With Your Abuser". Finally, this is week 8 of our Summer of Ten Bible memorization campaign. The verse is I Peter 5:6-7. Hear the highlights of today's program by listening to the Karl and Crew Showcast.
