Today, on Karl and Crew Mornings, we continued our new weekly theme: "Spiritual Disciplines", and we discussed some key spiritual disciplines to grow our relationship with God. The scripture reference was I Timothy 4:15-16. We focused heavily on solitude and silence and shared that even Jesus practiced these disciplines (Matthew 14:23). Discipline does require effort and hard work. It can be difficult at first, but the results are so powerful.
