Today, on Karl and Crew Mornings, we concluded our weekly theme called "Remember When...", and we discussed the power and importance of remembering to pray. The scripture reference was Col. 1:3. Who prayed for you? Who are you called to pray for? We prayed for our leaders, widows, orphans, those who persecute us, brothers and sisters being persecuted, and our city. Guests included Dr. Donovan Price (street pastor, victim advocate, and founder of Solutions and Resources) and Todd Nettleton (Chief of Media Relations for Voice of the Martyrs, radio host, and author). We also talked with Dr. John Fuder (adjunct professor with MBI and co-founder of Chicagoland United in Prayer). Dr. Fuder shared about a big prayer event this Memorial Day weekend called "Hands Across Chicago." In addition, we have an exciting giveaway called "Switch to Summer." Grown-ups, tell us why the Boom Kid in your life is ready to Switch to Summer, and they could win a Nintendo Switch Pack. The giveaway runs through May 31st. Finally, check out the Karl and Crew Showcast to hear some of the best moments from today's show.
Start your day with spiritual encouragement, fresh conversation, and the power of prayer. Join Karl and Crew weekdays from 5 to 9 a.m. Moody Radio in Chicago.
