Physical Lessons Learned in 2020

Today on Karl and Crew Mornings, we continued our new theme week: Hindsight is 2020.  We discussed what physical lessons we learned in 2020.  This is about honoring God and caring for what God has given us...not about fad diets and being a certain size.  Examples include consistent health, rest, sleep, activity in some form, mental health, food choices, and breaking habits.  The question we asked was, "What is the one lesson you learned about your physical health in 2020 that you want to carry over into 2021?".  Our scripture references were Deut. 4:9 and I Cor. 6.  Also, we have a special online book bundle giveaway called "Your Future Self Will Thank You" which runs through this week.  For rules, details, and entry form, go to www.moodyradio.org.  Finally, take a listen to the Karl and Crew Showcast to hear some of the best moments from today.
