Today on Karl and Crew Mornings, we finish up H.I.I.T. (High intensity interval training) week with Freedom Friday. All week we have been discussing how growing our relationship with God is like a workout. We need to be disciplined, willing to sweat, and we need to talk to our trainer as we continue to push through. Like any workout, after a few weeks or months, you begin to see results taking form. Maybe you are more patient where you would've blown up in the past. That is the work of the Lord in your heart. How have you seen the results of your training with Christ?
