Today on Karl and Crew Mornings, the team continues Leader Week by talking about a leader's individual capacity. In Exodus 18, Moses was counseling hundreds of thousands of people who were in the wilderness with him. Jethro, Moses' father-in-law, told him that if he kept this up, he was going to die. Sometimes a great leader just doesn't have the capacity to take on certain projects. You may be an awesome leader of 100 people, but it doesn't mean you should be a leader of 1,000 people. You are no less of a great leader, but know what you can handle and what you cannot.
