Today on Karl and Crew Mornings, the team began Leadership Week. We talked about the most important characteristics that are looked for in leaders. We also encouraged those who are following to help build up the leader they're behind. We often take a look at our leaders and point out all the things they could be doing better, when in fact, we should come next to them and help them grow.
