Today on Karl and Crew Mornings, the team began Following Week. Today, they started off by tackling the most important leader-follower relationship of them all: Our relationship with Jesus. We often think that our relationship with God is all about pleasing Him. "We need to go to church, or do enough ministry to make God happy." Yet, we cannot please God if we are doing this in our own power. Faith comes first. Only after you surrender to God and spend time with Him will you be able to bear fruit. And it is still not of your own doing. Don't aim to please God; aim to seek God.
