Hour 2: Hour 2: Truth In The Spotlight

The mental health crisis is costing billions of dollars in productivity in the United States. On In The Market with Janet Parshall this week we explained how our relationship with God can help us address the challenges of our past and how valuable having real friends really is for our own mental well-being. A husband and wife opened up their hearts and their lives to share their powerful story of desperation that led them to a crime that put them behind bars for a number of years. They shared the many amazing ways God showed up in their lives and the transformative life lessons He taught them. We turned to a man who has a passion for the Middle East to understand how to pray for Turkey and Syria after a series of earthquakes took the lives of nearly 20 thousand people. And our expert on Iran explained how End Times fears are leading to a larger military presence in that nation. Race and race relations are hot button issues in ways they have never been before. But our guest, a pastor, graduate of Harvard Law School and the great-grandson of slaves used his life story to explain that the history of our nation is one of freedom and liberty contrary to many of the narratives we are hearing today.  As we end the week, we invited you to join our husband and wife team as they turn the spotlight of God’s word on the news of the week.
