Serene Hudson is the Vice President of Education and Advocacy at Passages. Serene oversees Passages’ education and advocacy efforts. Serene was introduced to the miracle of Israel through an undergraduate course on The History and Thought of Modern Israel. She received her M.A. in Intercultural Studies from Moody Graduate School and has enjoyed concentrations on modern Jewish history at the Spertus Institute of Jewish Studies. Combining more than a decade of yearly Israel travel, building bridges in her local Jewish community and logistics experience as a former HR professional, this role is a dream come true.
Keith attended the Assembly Bible School in Auckland NZ, and then went on to complete his theological degree online with Trinity Theological Seminary and Pacific University in USA. Keith spent many years as an itinerant evangelist based in NZ. He founded an evangelistic organisation “This Is Life Ministries” and was heavily involved for 10 years in joint church missions, Bible teaching, running vacation team outreaches and several overseas short term mission trips. In 1996 God led Keith and Marg into a more settled pastoral ministry in Australia following an internship on expository Bible teaching with the late Dr Stephen Olford in USA. He served as Senior Pastor for ten years at Canterbury Gardens Community Church on the outer eastern rim of Melbourne, followed by five years at Edge Church in East Doncaster. God then led them to take up a pastorate at the Carmel Friends Church in Indiana. Keith and Marg retired in August 2019 and returned permanently to Melbourne.
Ray Leight and Kathryn have served as missionaries with Life Builders (a ministry of Cru), and as pastors of a missional community in Annapolis, Maryland. They have both served (and Ray is currently serving remotely) as pastoral counselors at the Transformation Center of Bethel Church in Redding, CA. They travel and minister upon invitation as well. In 2009 Ray and his wife, Kathryn, established Faith By Grace Ministries to equip generations of disciples to live a practical and sustainable lifestyle of freedom and healing. They equip through identity coaching, grief coaching, couples coaching, spiritual mentoring, itinerate speaking, online courses, workshops,podcasts, and conferences.
