Dr. Owen Strachan is associate professor of Christian Theology at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, where he also serves as director of the Center for Public Theology and director of the residency PhD program. He is a contributing writer for The Gospel Coalition, a research fellow of the Ethics & Religious Liberty Commission of the SBC, and a fellow of the Center for Pastor-Theologians. Strachan is a graduate of Bowdoin College (AB in History), Southern Seminary (MDiv in Biblical and Theological Studies), and Trinity Evangelical Divinity School (PhD in Theological Studies).
