While living in the Chicago area, Maggie served as a public relations professional for Tyndale House as well as a guest communications instructor at Wheaton College.

He is currently on staff at Antioch Bible Church of Redmond, WA. where his primary role is serving as the Pastor of Leadership Development and Discipleship Training. He served as the chaplain for the Seattle Seahawks football team from 1994-2015.
