Dr. Winfred Neely (D.Min., Trinity International University; M.A., Wheaton College; Ph.D. candidate at the University of Aberdeen in Scotland) is the Chair of the Division of Applied Theology and Church Ministries and Program Head and Professor of Biblical Preaching at Moody Bible Institute. He is an ordained minister of the Gospel and a full time professor of Biblical Exposition and pastoral studies at Moody Bible Institute of Chicago. Prior to joining the faculty at Moody, Winfred served churches in Chicago and is currently senior pastor of Judson Baptist Church in Oak Park, Ill.
