Hour 1: It's Your Day to Call in!

What a week on In the Market with Janet Parshall! We began with learning about positive pro-life legislative proposals around the country. Then we welcomed the man who called Billy Graham his “Daddy” who shared how his dad’s purpose to share the good news of Jesus never wavered in life and in death. We also laughed together at some of the quirks of our American Christian subculture designed to help us grow up in Him. Mid-week, we addressed the free speech rights of citizen internet users with an expert panel. Yesterday, we observed the National Day of Prayer inviting people of all faiths to pray on behalf of our nation. What did you find interesting topic wise? Today’s your day to call in and share!

It’s Friday which means the phones are open for you to join in on the conversation! We began the week hearing a story of how God helped unravel past hurts and hopelessness in our guest’s life. We then examined the difficulties inherent in the mother-daughter relationship offering useful tools to foster closeness. We also heard from an expert panel on one of the most important freedom of expression issues in decades. Yesterday, we joined with those who serve in Washington to offer up prayers for our nation.
