Dr. Michael Hare has been helping churches recover (and even grow) from conflict for over 20 years. Mike Hare is a senior consultant/conflict specialist with Living Stone Associates, helping churches navigate change. Mike served in pastoral ministry from 1980 to 2012, leading congregations in New York, Vermont, Oklahoma, Colorado, and California. He has specialized in guiding declining and plateaued churches through a turnaround process. Mike earned his Ph.D. in Conflict Analysis and Resolution with a primary focus on organizational conflict resolution. He joined the Living Stones team in 2003 to extend his ministry through assisting congregations as a conflict resolution specialist.  In addition to his consulting with Living Stones, Mike is the chaplain for Compassion International where his responsibilities include conflict resolution trainer for both domestic and international staff.  Mike and his wife Colleen live in Colorado Springs.

Chris Brooks

Chris Brooks is the Senior Pastor of Woodside Bible Church, a multisite congregation across the metro-Detroit area.    Chris served for 20 years as the Senior Pastor of Evangel Ministries, a thriving 1600-member church in the heart of Detroit. He also served as the campus dean of Moody Theological Seminary in Plymouth, Michigan. A popular Detroit radio host since 2005, Chris is the author of Kingdom Dreaming and Urban Apologetics. He graduated from Michigan State University with a BA in Finance, completed his MA in Christian Apologetics at Biola University, and graduated from the Oxford Centre for Christian Apologetics. He is currently pursuing a DMin degree at Asbury Theological Seminary. He and his wife, Yodit, are the proud parents of 6 children, Christopher, Zewditu, Cameron, Judah, Sophia, and Christyana.
