Leadership changes are inevitable in every church but isn’t it good to know that God’s purposes outlast His leaders? A healthy transition plan will protect its people and its mission. Veteran pastor Jeff Harlow will lead us through the organizational, emotional and relational aspects of transitioning well into and out of church leadership.
Jeff Harlow, with the unfailing support of his wife, Becky, pastored Crossroads Community Church in Kokomo, Indiana for 38 years. Their roles at Crossroads expanded from pastoring a handful of families to a congregation of more than 3,000. Jeff led Crossroads through a strategic succession plan transitioning to a new pastor and strong leadership with the church at full stride in its mission. As a visionary, strategic leader, Jeff continues to serve the Body of Christ through Act3 Ministry, helping people discover how their identity and calling may take shape in the 3rd stage of life. Jeff and Becky, his wife of 40 years, are the parents of 4 children and have 13 grandchildren.
