Dr. Dan DeWitt is the Director of the Center for Biblical Apologetics and Public Christianity at Cedarville University and Associate Professor of Applied Theology. He taught and served in academic leadership at Southern Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky, for more than a decade before moving to Cedarville. He has served in various pastoral roles, and has published articles with Christianity Today, The Gospel Coalition, Desiring God, TableTalk Magazine, and others. He has published several books and blogs regularly at TheoLatte.com.
An apololgist with a love for children, Dan and his wife, April have four young ones, Isaiah, Micah, Josiah, and Addilynn Joy.
Trillia Newbell is the author of several books including Enjoy: Finding the Freedom to Delight Daily in God's Good Gifts, Fear and Faith: Finding the Peace Your Heart Craves, United: Captured by God's Vision for Diversity and a children’s book, God’s Very Good Idea: A True Story of God’s Delightfully Different Family.
Her writings on issues of faith, family, and diversity have been published in the Knoxville News-Sentinel, Desiring God, Christianity Today, Relevant Magazine, The Gospel Coalition, and more. She is currently Director of Community Outreach for the Ethics and Religious Liberty Commission for the Southern Baptist Convention.
Trillia is married to her best friend, Thern, they reside with their two children near Nashville, TN.
Chris Brooks is the Senior Pastor of Woodside Bible Church, a multisite congregation across the metro-Detroit area. Chris served for 20 years as the Senior Pastor of Evangel Ministries, a thriving 1600-member church in the heart of Detroit. He also served as the campus dean of Moody Theological Seminary in Plymouth, Michigan. A popular Detroit radio host since 2005, Chris is the author of Kingdom Dreaming and Urban Apologetics. He graduated from Michigan State University with a BA in Finance, completed his MA in Christian Apologetics at Biola University, and graduated from the Oxford Centre for Christian Apologetics. He is currently pursuing a DMin degree at Asbury Theological Seminary. He and his wife, Yodit, are the proud parents of 5 children, Christopher, Zewditu, Cameron, Judah, and Sophia.
