Wayne Pederson is former president of Reach Beyond (formerly HCJB Global) and former vice president of Moody Radio. Wayne is a founding member of Need Him Ministries and serves on the board of National Religious Broadcasters. Wayne has two adult children, Christy and Michelle, and nine grandchildren. He and his wife, Willi, live in Florida. His first wife, Norma, went to be with the Lord in April 2014 after a yearlong battle with cancer.
