Carol Kent is the founder and director of the Speak Up Conference, a ministry that equips speakers and writers to take the next step. With her husband Gene, she founded the nonprofit organization, Speak Up for Hope, which benefits inmates and their families. Carol is also the president of Speak Up Speaker Services, a Christian speakers’ bureau. Carol is a popular international public speaker. She regularly appears on a wide variety of nationally syndicated radio and television broadcasts.  She holds a master’s degree in communication arts and a bachelor’s degree in speech education. Some of her books include: Becoming a Woman of Influence, When I Lay My Isaac Down, A New Kind of Normal, Between a Rock and a Grace Place, Secret Longings of the Heart, Tame Your Fears & Speak Up With Confidence.

Dr. Gary Chapman

Dr. Gary Chapman is a well-known marriage counselor and director of marriage seminars. He has written more than 25 books including the #1 New York Times Best Seller, The Five Love Languages. Chapman is a graduate of Moody Bible Institute and holds B.A. and M.A. degrees in anthropology from Wheaton College and Wake Forest University, respectively. He has received M.R.E. and Ph.D. degrees from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and taken postgraduate work at the University of North Carolina and Duke University. Chapman and his wife, Karolyn, have been married for more than 45 years and reside in Winston-Salem, N.C. The Chapmans have two grown children, Shelley and Derek.

Chris Fabry is the host of Chris Fabry Live!, two hours of spiritual encouragement from his backyard radio fence. The program challenges listeners to think biblically about their spiritual journeys. Chris is also the author of the Christy Award-winning novel Dogwood, June Bug, ECPA Christian Book Award-winner (Fiction) Almost Heaven, Not in the Heart and Borders of the Heart. He and his family live near Tucson, Ariz.
