Does your way of thinking need a serious adjustment? Find out today on Bold Steps with Pastor Mark Jobe. The power of the mind is certainly a major factor in not just what we do … but in how we feel. And sometimes, we fall into the lie of thinking that our anxiety or our negative emotions are simply a part of who we are … but the Word of God says otherwise. Today we’re reaching the end of our series on mental health, called Let’s Talk About It. Mark is helping us understand how our thoughts impact our feelings, and what the Bible says we can do to start changing both.
