With Mother’s Day coming up this weekend, let me ask you a question … what do you think moms need most right now?  I’m sure there are as many answers as there are moms out there, but Pastor Mark Jobe says that at the top of the list, moms might just want some peace of mind and that’s what he's going to be talking about today … We love our moms!  They need acceptance, encouragement, support, time off … time with their husbands, time away, the whole shebang!  And instead what happens is that life takes over and in the midst of doing all the things she needs to do, life becomes super busy.  But, today on Bold Steps, we're going to talk about breaking the grip of stress that comes with all that responsibility … and we’re going to be looking at how to deal with it … God’s way …

Dr. Mark Jobe

Mark Jobe serves as president of Moody Bible Institute and host of Moody Radio's Bold Steps. He is the author of Unstuck: Out of Your Cave into Your Call (Moody Publishers). He is also the founding pastor of New Life Community Church, a Chicago-based ministry with 27 locations throughout Chicago.
