Hour 1: Seeking Safety: A Safe Place for Women Survivors of Sexual Trauma

On Tuesday Eric and Audrey Mornings will feature a licensed psychologist, Dr. Jasmyne Duval from Meier Clinics who will share about a 16 week counseling program to help women attain safety from sexual trauma, substance abuse, food and sexual addiction, healing from anger, emotional pain, and overcoming past hurts.

Hour 2: Unrest in Israel and 70th Anniversary of Israel's Statehood

This is a very big news week for Israel.  Much unrest is happening there, as the capital is moving to Jerusalem, amidst protesters taking to the streets near the Gaza-Israel border.  Israel is also celebrating the 70th anniversary of its statehood this year, with elaborate parties, fireworks and all kinds of special events. Dr. James Coakley, Professor of Old Testament Studies at Moody Theological Seminary will join Eric and Audrey Mornings to discuss these interesting topics!

Dr. Duval graduated in 2014 from Nova Southeastern University with her doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology. She is a licensed, clinical psychologist at Meier Clinics in Greenacres, FL.

Dr. Jim Coakley

Dr Jim Coakley has taught for sixteen years as professor of Bible at Moody Theological Seminary specializing in Old Testament and Biblical Languages. Prior to Moody he was involved in pastoral ministry for thirteen years.  He has traveled to Israel multiple times as a tour leader and has also toured throughout Turkey. Jim is married to Gayle and they have two grown children and two grandchildren. He was a contributor to the Moody Bible Commentary and is working on a second doctoral degree through the University of Stellenbosch in South Africa.  He also has a special interest in how the use of technology intersects with Biblical studies and has written articles and spoken at conferences on that topic.
