Full Time Position Openings in Moody Radio
Chief Engineer – WRMB (Boynton Beach, FL)
- Install and maintain radio equipment at all local transmitter locations and studios
- Maintain the technical operation within FCC guidelines
- Install and maintain I.T. equipment and software
- Oversee the maintenance of the building, grounds, and vehicles of all locally owned properties
- Back up the engineer at the WKES facilities as needed
Listener Engagement Coordinator (Cleveland, OH)
- Assist the radio team in developing meaningful listener engagement opportunities through social media, video/audio production, and live events that harmonize with the overall mission of Moody Radio Cleveland
- Assist in the planning and execution of a relatable, high-quality, engaging daily morning radio show
Marketing Specialist - Radio
- Assist and facilitate from concept to recap ongoing marketing plans with key stakeholders that coincide with regional listener-facing marketing campaigns that incorporate on air, online and possible on-premises mediums. Plans should have a goal of cultivating cumulative audiences, time spent listening, content sharing, and new name capture for increased communication flows for Moody Radio and Radio Moody.
- Participate in weekly devotions and monthly Station Manager calls, meet O & O’s, and key service partners to ensure operational support effectiveness of radio marketing team.
- Assist and/or own the development, implementation, and fulfillment of on air, online and on-site contesting.
Morning Show Host - WDLM (Quad Cities, IA)
- The Morning Show Host is responsible for coordinating all elements and lead hosting of the weekday morning drive program
Production Services Senior Producer
- Engineer and produce studio sessions
- Edit, mix, and master audio as needed
- Write necessary scripts for radio programs, spots and promos.
Radio Contract & Business Manager
- Oversee contracts from generation to execution/retention and serve as Moody Radio’s point person for navigating contract management system.
- Guide Moody Radio management team through the compilation of contract documents including contract drafts, insurance documents, vendor information and other related documentation.
- Collaborate with General Manager, Vice President, and Legal Department to complete all contracts in excess of $50k.
- Maintain repository of Moody Radio contracts ensuring compliance with Moody’s Record Retention Policies.
- Create and implement processes and standard business practices related to contracts and risk management within Moody Radio.
- Assist in managing the business operations of Moody Radio.
Technical Support Engineer
- Provide onsite technical support for local and national radio personnel and studios including scheduled trips to owned and operated stations outside Chicago as deemed necessary
- Support and maintain broadcast telephone systems along with audio and control automation systems.
- Ensure smooth program distribution to local and remote radio stations.
- Be available for 24/7, on-call support as scheduled.
Technical Support Manager – (Chicago, IL)
- Manage the support team and maintain all studio, audio network, and program delivery systems and provide direct Information Technology and computer support assistance to Moody Radio’s Chicago radio operations
- Assist with developing the long-term vision for technical support operations - how we catalog existing equipment, set dates for maintenance, workflows, network maps, monitoring software, etc.
