On the National Day of Prayer, Moody Radio broadcasts a live concert of prayer. For two hours, host Wayne Shepherd, prayer director Bob Bakke and social media interaction host Meredith Andrews will inspire listeners to pray for awakening for the body of Christ to step up and make a difference in our troubled world.

Wayne Shepherd is a veteran radio broadcaster with over 40 years of experience as a programming manager and radio host. A familiar voice on Christian radio, Wayne hosts several nationally syndicated radio programs and has narrated dozens of audiobooks. As owner of Wayne Shepherd Communications, he serves a variety of ministry clients as a radio host, interviewer, VO talent and consultant. Bob Bakke is the teaching pastor of Hillside Church in Bloomington, Minn. He and his wife, Sally, have three sons, a daughter, a son-in-law, a daughter-in-law, three grand kids and a black lab. A graduate of Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary, Bob spent fourteen years serving Connecticut and New Jersey churches. For twelve years he served as an executive director of the Evangelical Free Church of America, promoting prayer and spiritual awakening. He is an author, and has produced television and radio simulcasts since 1994. His designs are to ensure that local churches becomes the principle agency for the revival of the Church and the advancement of Christ's Kingdom today.
A native of North Carolina, Meredith began singing in church at six, and by high school was writing songs and leading worship. As an only child with three adopted brothers, she originally planned to work at an orphanage, until she felt God calling her into music ministry while attending Liberty University. In addition to leading worship at Harvest Bible Chapel, Meredith has a national platform as a recording artist and in 2011 won two Dove Awards, for Worship Song and Worship Album of the Year.
