Laurette Willis is the founder and director of PraiseMoves, "The Christian alternative to Yoga," with videos, TV shows and hundreds of certified PraiseMoves Instructors on six continents. Laurette is also the creator of the PowerMoves Kids Curriculum used in schools throughout the U.S. and Canada.
Susan Neal has a Masters of Health Care Administration from the University of Florida. She has been practicing yoga since 1983 and began teaching yoga in 1994. She is a certified sports yoga instructor with the National Endurance & Sports Training Association (N.E.S.T.A.). Susan began teaching "Christian Yoga" in 2005 at Woodbine United Methodist Church and Pensacourt Health Club.
Julie Roys has become a trusted voice of biblical wisdom on Moody Radio, earning an audience through her weekly commentaries and appearances on The Morning Ride. Julie came to Moody Radio in 2007, after taking a 13-year hiatus from broadcasting to raise her children and serve in youth ministry. Prior to that, Julie worked as a TV news reporter for a CBS affiliate in Indiana and as a newswriter for WGN-TV and Fox News in Chicago.
Julie holds a bachelor’s degree in history from Wheaton College and a master’s degree in broadcast journalism from Northwestern University. Julie and her husband, Neal, live in the Chicago suburbs and have three children.
