Does God speak directly to people today? Some say God spoke His final word in Scripture and that nothing beyond the Bible is necessary to make decisions today. Others argue God maintains open communication with His people. Though the canon of Scripture may be closed, God's mouthpiece is not.
Joining Julie to discuss this issue are Ken Wilson, a pastor at a Vineyard church, and Dr. Kevin Zuber, a theology professor at the Moody Bible Institute. Also, included in the program is an interview Julie conducted with Dr. Tanya Luhrmann, an anthropologist at Stanford University. Dr. Luhrmann spent four years studying the phenomenon of people hearing from God at a Vineyard church in California.
